Prague Libus 1520 Observations 2000-2017

Here is characteristics from observations at Praha Libus 11520, first part is mostly about Summer and Winter Characteristics (first and last Summer-Winter day in year), number of temperature records in Praga Klementinum, maximum and minimum temperature for Prague Libus and whole Czech Republic with all aviable stations.

There are more sources of observations - old web f Czech meteorological institute old.chmi.cz (do not exist anymore), current web f Czech meteorological institute portal.chmi.cz, Synoptic data - Ogimet SYNOP (daily, hourly) and data GSOD-Tutiempo. There is marked highest and lowest value for whole period 2000-2018 (2017) (nor earliest-latest). Year 2018 is still not finished/

Last day of occurrence with winter characteristics is for ending cold season in this year, first occurrence of winter characteristics is for beginning cold period since autumn. Summer characteristics is for Summer in actual year. Maximum and minimum temperature, precipitation and number of days with some characteristics, is always for calendar year (01.01 - 31.12).

Image 1 - first and last day with snow on the ground (even with little of wet snow, not continuous snow cover), first and last day with snowing (falling snow flakes, or grubel, snow flakes can be with rain, but NOT HAILS), it belongs for ending and beginning cold season, and first and last thunder in calendar year (01.01 - 31.12).

Image 2 - First and last reaching of +20.0 °C, +25.0 °C (Summer day), +30.0 °C (tropical day) in calendar year (01.01 - 31.12).

Image 3 - First and last day with Tmax bellow 0 and Tmin bellow 0 (it belongs to ending and beginning of cold season). Number of days with Tmax bellow zero (ice day), tmax -10.0 °C and less (Arctic day).

Image 4 - Number of days with Tmin bellow zero (frost day), number of days with reaching Tmax  +20.0 °C, +25.0 °C (Summer day), +30.0 °C (tropical day), number of Tropical nights (days with Tmin during night +20.0 °C and more (18-06 UTC), not Tmin for whole day), number of days with Tmax  +35.0 °C and more, for calendar year (01.01 - 31.12).

Image 6 - Numer of daily records in Prague Klementinum (current year is with highest Tmax or lowest Tmin since 1775 in some days). It is ready now since 2016.
Amount of precipitation by Ogimet SYNOP and Tutiempo GSOD (conclusion). Unfortunately many values for daily precipitations in GSOD are wrong big numbers (sometimes in Ogimet SYNOP too) and precipitation sum for whole year can be far from reality. Two numbers for dys with non-zero precipitation - first number is from Ogimet SYNOP, days with non-zero precipitation, including non-registerable amount. Second number is from GSOD Tutiempo -  Significant weather - days with rain or snowing. There are missing data for 31.12 since 2014 and few another days with missing data are since 2000 too. Last day 31.12 was corrected from Ogimet Synop. There are no observations with somebody in Prague Libus at night since September 2012. So number of days with rain or snowing was corrected from Praga Ruzyne airport. It is finally quite difficult conclusion and value don't need to be right.
Number of days with precipitation amount 1.0 mm and more, 5.0 mm and more, 10.0 mm and more, highest daily amount of precipitation.

And days with non-zero precipitation (including track amount Tr) by Ogimet SYNOP (SYNOP precipitation amount). Last column  is conclusion (DNY SE SRAZKAMI KONKLUZE JEVY GSOD) from GSOD-Tutiempo Prague Libus and Prague Ruzyne days with rain or snowing and Ogimet-SYNOP days with non-zero precipitation amount.
At first - Praha Libus 11520 has non-stop observing with somebody since August 2012. Since September 2012 - only automatical observes at night 22-06. Observations are once a hour. Praha Ruzyne 11518 is not so close, it is big airport with observations once a 30 min usually (SYNOP reports once a hour). Days with precipitation in years 2012-2017 were corrected by Praha Ruzyne. However Ruzyne has more days with rain, thunder, snowing. It is by location too, and by qualily of observations, of course. Few days are missing in GSOD data during period 2000-2017, biggest hole is in November 2005. Last day is missing since 2014. It was corrected by Ogimet SYNOP.
However conclusion for number of days with precipitation can be still not right.

GSOD has some days with unreal high amount of precipitation and it affect whole year (2017). Ogimet SYNOP is better with false big amounts, but data are still not complete right. Rising linear trend is not so true (unfortunately). However,there is rising trend for period 2000-2017, but smaller. It is because of dry year 2003. Year 2018 is worst and it will be not rising trend anymore for period 2000-2018.
