Year 2019 summary in Czech republic and Slovakia - Stations Ogimet SYNOP, Polish Snezka-Sniezka, 32 SYNOP stations. SYNOP day summary is to 23 UTC, resp. 00-24 SEC (middle European time). Daily average values are from 24 hourly observations (including temperature). Daily Tmax and Tmin are from intervals 18-18 UTC for Tmax and 06-06 UTC for Tmin and hourly data. Mostly - extreme values should be for interval 23-23 UTC mostly in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

It looks that Ogimet SYNOP calculates Tmax a Tmin from intervals 18-18 UTC, 18-06 UTC and 06-18 UTC in Czech Republic and mostly in Europe (especially in Scandinavia). But daily summaries have been set for 23-23 UTC, it means that daily Tmax and Tmin is taken from interval 18-18 UTC (including yesterday 18-23 UTC), plus termin observation today 18-23 UTC. Daily precipitation amount should be from hourly summaries, many hours (6, 12, 24 hours) summaries are often by termins 18 UTC and 06 UTC. It could cause different value of daily Tmax and Tminn than correct value 23-23 UTC, especially, if temperature is advection dominated.

Czech hydrometeorological institute - CHMI uses Tmax and Tmin from 24-hours interval 21-21 mean Solar time, precipitation 07-07 mean Solar time. Mean Solar time is similar to Middle-European time in Winter (SEC), however difference in mean Solar time between east and west of Czech Republic is around 20 minutes.

Station Kucharovice has missing Ogimet SYNOP data, so GSOD data have been used. Station Snezka-Sniezka is Polish station by border-line PL-CZ.

Village Kunovice located at south-east Moravia, warm location with lot of tropical days (Tmax +30 and more), and Summer days (Tmax +25 and more). Village and station is in area with small hills around, station is little bit uphill.

There is small airport at Kunovice with different GSOD station. But GSOD station at airport runs observations only some days, not all-time. But there is private station at Kunovice, this private station is at website in-pocasi:

Sudomerice is small village in south-east Moravia, private station is 189 m above sea Village Sudomerice is located near town Hodonina a Straznice, at warmest area in Czech Republic. Closest basic climatological station, run by Czech hydrometeorological institute CHMI, is Straznice and closest SYNOP station is over borderline, in Slovakia 11801 Malacky. Village and station Sudomerice is located for reaching highest values of Tmin (warmest nights), night temperatures are often higher that in Straznice (during Summer). There was record high daily Tmin in Czech Republic in Sudomerice (private station) 08.08.2013 23-23 UTC Tmin +27.4 °C Record-high Tmin (Tnx) from Czech hydrometeorological institute stations is Bystrice pod Hostynem Tmin 08.08.2013 +27.2 °C, previous record was Bystrice pod Hostynem Tmin 29.08.1992 +26.9 °C).

Average yearly temperature is Sudomerice is usually quite high (compare to rest of Czech Republic), there are lot of Summer days (Tmax +25 °C and more) and Tropical days (Tmax +30 °C and more, Tropical nights (Tmin 18-06 UTC resp. 21-07 mean Solar time +20 °C and more)). But there are not so much precipitation, south-east Moravia is quite dry.

Praha Klementinum year 2019 - portal.chmi.cz section historicka data:

Year 2019 was second warmest year (average temperature) during period 1775-2019, warmest year is still 2018. But year 2019 was warmest year on record at most of Polish observation sites and at most of area of Poland. But there was absolute Tmax june record in June 2019 for Praha Klementinum +37.7 °C and absolute June record for Czech Republic - Doksany 26.06.2019 +38.9 °C), daily average values at Praha Klementinum in June 2019: Tmax +30.13 °C, Tmin +18.40 °C, Tavg +24.51 °C. June is usually colder than July and August, but june 2019 is one of warmest months in Prague Klementinum at all (Warmest is still August 1807). Whole Summer 2019 in Praha Klementinum was warmest on record since 1775, second warmest summer in Praha Klementinum is Summer 2018. April 2019 war extremely hot and dry, May 2019 was just little bellow long-term average (colder may once a 3 years), however May 2019 was coldest May 1992-2019 (May 1991 was colder). June 2019 was very extreme above normal. Winter 2018-2019 was relative warm, winter 2019-2020 was second warmest Winter in Praha Klementinum since 1775 (Warmest Winter is still Winter 2006-2007). There have been very few ice days in Praha Klementinum during year 2019 (Daily Tmax bellow 0 °C), and there was no daily Tmin bellow -10 °C in Praha Klementinum during year 2019, Arctic day (Daily Tmax bellow -10 °C or equal) was last time at Praha Klementinum at end of december 1996.

Year 2019 summary in Poland.

Year 2019 was warmest year on record at most of places-stations in Poland. And second warmest year (in some places warmest year on record) was year 2018 (maybe in few spots year 2015).

All maps and graphs are from meteomodel.pl. Some pictures are still very big after conversion (over 256 kiB) and it is not possible to post here pictures over 256 kiB. But all graphs and maps about year 2019 summary are here:
